I had Georgia Hots for lunch, with an ice cold, refreshing Diet Pepsi, and sat on the Green for a bit to hear the live music offered with the New Haven Arts & Ideas Festival.
I heard Prester John for a bit, excellent acoustic duo, guitar and mandolin.
Then I heard Dan Stevens & The Fiery Band.
I’d have liked to spend the rest of the day down there, but, alas, I had to pedal my skinny arse back home and finish this translation. Tomorrow I will pedal to the DMV and register the Subaru.

My breakfast today consisted of a Lilly’s Almond/Dark Chocolate bar (no sugar added),
and some Alive & Radiant Original Kale Krunch kale chips,
and Honest Tea Assam Black Tea
I had to get to an appointment early, pedalling my Fuji, and didn’t have time to make breakfast at home (overslept), so purchased my breakfast from the local hippy grocers, Edge of the Woods Market
Not a bad breakfast though; Chocolate, kale, and tea, oh, plus a couple of locally grown, organic strawberries.

Had lunch downtown with a friend, and afterwards pedaled to the New Haven Green and filled my bike basket up with fresh produce.
Came home with arrugula, broccoli, snap peas, radishes, kale, strawberries, and red raspberries, all locally grown.
This is the best way to shop, friends. Hop on your bike and pedal down the Green for some fresh greens!
